With a current retro-commissioning job in the Chicagoland area, our customer urged us to get in touch with ComEd and get registered in their Energy Efficiency program. They wanted us to include any incentives they offered into our deliverable.
After working through the ComEd requirements, Singh360 is now a part of the ComEd® Energy Efficiency Program. We can provide services through Retro-Commissioning (RCx). Singh360 is focusing on facilities where refrigeration is a main focal point in a business’s operation.
The ComEd® Energy Efficiency Program in itself is attractive for customers of ComEd electrical that are looking to operate a more efficient facility. The ComEd Energy Efficiency Program offers incentives to all types of business customers. The utility company supports those efforts by initially funding the energy study, so there is NO UP-FRONT INVESTMENT BY THE GROCER or building owner.
With the finished study in hand, the executed initiatives are funded by ComEd via an incentive off of the achieved energy reductions. Singh360 follows the initiatives embarked on and will verify the operational effectiveness that will be the basis for the incentive calculations. The program allows for very nice benefits!
